Order Collection

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Please wait for the collection confirmation before visiting the store.

Orders can only be collected during our normal business hours.

When collecting your order, please bring:

Your order confirmation email; and

A valid photo ID matching the name on the order.

Collection by a Third Party
If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, please contact us in advance. The authorised person may be required to present:

A copy of the order confirmation;

Proof of authorisation from the purchaser; and

Valid photo identification.
Collection Timeframe
We kindly ask customers to collect their orders as soon as possible after receiving the collection notification.
Orders that remain uncollected for an extended period may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, subject to any applicable deductions or restrictions.
Shipping Restrictions
As we currently operate on a collection-only basis, we do not:
